To get started, check the BlogAd areas in the right-most sidebar. Look for the "Advertise in Minnesota" and "Advertise Here" links -- clicking them will take you to Blogads.com, where you can create an advertiser account and start creating your own ad campaigns.
Want to advertise on several local blogs at once? Check out the MN Progressive/Liberal Ad Network, which makes a multi-site ad buy a cinch.

Subscriptions
Not looking to advertise? Here's a chance to support the progressive Netroots and get something in return: Subscribe to MPP!
Check out the Subscribe area in the right-most sidebar. Choose a subscription level -- $5/month, $10, whatever you think a subscription is worth. Run through the steps PayPal provides, and when we confirm your subscription, you won't have to see any ads when you come back to the site. It'll look something like this:
