Since prisons are already surrounded by fences, just electrify the fences so that anyone trying to get out would be electrocuted. Then we wouldn't need guards. Food and supplies could just be dropped each morning, noon and night from helicopters.

Nuclear plant security
It's expensive to keep people out of our two nuclear plants and away from our spent fuel storage facilities. Everyone knows to stay away so we can just lay off all the security guards and just put up KEEP OUT signs. |
Rep. Steve Drazkowski (R-Mazeppa) has been on such a roll that I thought I'd help him out with a few helpful suggestions. What kind of a roll? He's single-handedly introduced half of all of the Republicans most insane proposals.
