Also think there's a good shot the 4th loses its Dakota County turf for compactness reasons.
Also, look for potential Asian-American Plurality district to be made in St Paul, which could shake things up. Along same lines, SD58 will expand to take in Cedar-Riverside area to comply with VRA.
Also predict that CD1 continues to run the whole southern border, and CD7 takes in a bunch of Stearns instead of going all the way to Iowa.

But I know nothing. I'm basing my prediction on what Minnesota Progressive Project have said about the maps submitted by the two major parties.
And I'm basing my prediction on the fact that Bachmann sent out a fundraising email to everyone on her list--prior to the release of the maps. This email suggested that redistricting was going to make her re-election prospects tougher.
So I think--based on the above--that the re-districting will make her re-election prospects easier.
